I put a steel plate in and it was good as new. Thanks to muniaddict giving me the idea!

Cool, ride on.

can you explain that fix? sounds good

Yeah, either a thousand words…or a picture. Either way

Picture and step by step details.

Okay.

  1. un bolt the okay bolts from my seat.
2.carefully take the saddle cover off.
3.carefully remove the foam from the plastic underneath
4.seperate small metal plate from plastic
5.go to home depot and get some 1/4 inch carriage bolts and nuts.(also some locking washers if you want)
6.place screws in the place in the matel plate or get a new metal plate and bend it and shape for more strength.(recomended)
7.tape the tops of the boolts so the wont come out from undeneath.
8.put metal plate back into plastic.
9.place matal plate and plastic back into the foam.
10.stretch cover back over the foam and pull tight!
11.either use some spray tack to hold the cover on or just use heavy duty staples.
then conect the cover to the plastic.

hope that helps.
