What will the price be about for the shortneck??

449€ / 665 USD each.

Damn… that’s a little too much for me :frowning:

I dont really like that crown. I really like the older models( ) crown’s. But it stills looks cool:p

for trial and esthetics the Triton 20" Sponge is perfect, but this crown is an advantage for street and flat, a the perfect all-rounder;)

I looooove the new crown, looks so good.

Yah the new crown is very nice. To bad I’m not that much into dropping $650 dollars into a frame. I sure do appreciate that somone is out there making components like this though.

20" ridetriton Riot:
Frame: Titanum long neck
Saddel: Alien Backflip
Seat post: Pit Fighter II
Seat clamp: Black Mirror Single Bolt
Hub: K1 ISIS Light
Rim: Black Mirror
Tire: Monty 2,6"Eagle Claw
Cranks: K1 light weight 140mm
Pedals: Wellgo MG1 Magnesium

Slick! Drilled rims- think it’s worth the weight savings?

Since everybody is using drilled rims… yes it is

Beautiful.

And yeah I can’t think of anyone not using a drilled rim… Except for some of the big street guys.

Wheights

Riot: 4950g
Rampage: 4750g

The focus was stability not light wheight

new muni in winter edition 2010

“ridetriton Rocks”

Frame: Triton titanium triple muni,
Rim: 26" reinforced rim blue,
Cranks: 160mm K1,
Pedals: Wellgo Magnesium,
Tire: 3" Gazza
Option: HS 33 Magura

The muni looks nice except for the seat- talk about curvy! I can imagine maybe doing a DH run on this thing but not anything more long distance.

Its good to see more manufacturers getting in on the game. Jogi- did you take over triton from Sponge when he moved on to other things? I am still sceptical about the benefits of Ti- however, that might just be a reflection of my bank balance instead of my research.

mark

its also available with KH fusion freeride…I like them both;)

Sponge organizied the first bunch Triton frames - then everybody who was involved disappeared for a time - but the idea was born and it was an excellent idea.
Meanwhile Dmitry and me started a “serial” production of “custom” frames and I now start with production of entire unicycles - and parts, especially thoose which are not so common - an online shop will follow soon.

Titanium has surely its benefits. there are titanium alloys which are more flexi and there are stiffer once, however we prefer stiff and strong frames with the same wheight as aluminium. I guess it is possible to build extreme light frames but that would not improve endurance.
At all - it is not essential to ride titanium frames - but it is realy pleasant;)
