Windows web stats

For a web hosting customer I am looking for a piece of software equivalent
to Webalizer that they can run from the Windows desktop on their home
machine (so they can adjust the parameters themselves). It’s harder to find
such a thing than I thought it would be. Anyone know of anything?

I use 123loganalyzer. It has both a web version and a windows version so you
can run it locally with filters and parameters settings. It’s pretty darn
good for the price: http://tinyurl.com/eafa
