it won’t.

“This is the largest volume tyre we have found that will fit on a standard 20” rim (it will also fit in our standard 20" frame). This will convert a normal 20" unicycle into a trials style unicycle."

So yes.

There are 2 different sized Sticky Fingers tyres, one for 20" rims and one for 19" rims.
