i am 5’ and i am thinking about getting a coker big one. will i be able to reach the pedals?

I think so, But it also depends on the length of your cranks and your inseem.

Yeah you pould probably be able to ride a standard coker with cranks 140 or less ish (depends on inside leg measurement) but if you want longer cranks you will need a short persons coker frame see http://gallery.unicyclist.com/albus73
Roger in the UK makes them dont know if they have got anywhere else yet.
my girlfriend gemma is just under 5ft and can ride with 150 cranks np
