Sleep is for sissies. I’ve been awake since 1952. Alot of people think and that makes them tired. Just do what I do and don’t think. You’ll always be refreshed.
Plus you will never get bed-head (that annoying puffiness on side of your hair).
i just lay there and think for about ten minutes, and then remember that I’m trying to go to sleep, and immediately fall asleep…I have woken up naked though…but I was still in my bed
And weeble, they have sound machines that have a whole bunch of preprogrammed sounds, like white noise, rain, and such…I use one of those, and it’s great
a diary…
i turn on the weather channel with no volume… and just make myself watch that and i will fall asleep from boredome

Harper’s hair is puffiness.
I dont get that about hair, some nights i rock (moving side to side on my head for a while till i get tired) and sometimes i dont and sometimes my hair is perfect and not even touched when ive rocked and if im still i wake up with half my hair stuck to the side of my face lol

I do backflips until I’m too tired to do anymore and I fall asleep.
That is the greatest thing I have ever heard, I used to be similar when I was much younger. When I was about 4 years old my brother thought it was about time to introduce me to music so he gave me the green day cd dookie, and for about two years I couldn’t fall asleep without it playing, not loudly but playing non the less.
I sleep in a couch instead of a bed because it leaves my room more open for other stuff. Sometimes if I slept really really well I will wake up on my back with one leg up over the side of the couch and the other is hanging off the other side, my arms are generaly one behind my head and the other is over the arm rest. This has to be the nicest way I have ever woken up, it’s sheer bliss and normaly when I do it feels like I had just laid down like that one sunny day closed my eyes and opened them again with full energy.
And he didn’t propose on the spot!?!

Occasionally I quite like taping my stethescope to my chest and falling asleep listening to my own heartbeat.
Ok this is the ultimate way: forget all before.
all you need to do is close your eyes and create abstract imagery of anything that pops into your head, like a train station or any other meme.
then evolve the image or concept into another unrelated one.
and keep doing this, and try forgetting what you were previously thinking about. then try really hard to remember. you can’t
this sends you to sleep every time.
if you understood that then please try it! it really works.

Well this i think is kinda werid in a way but not to much but my friend doesen’t eat after 7:00 cuz he says his body thinks of food than sleeep

I do pushups till I drop. Then I get up and do a couple more. That usually tires me out and I can fall asleep easily. That failing, I’ll get up and play some games or music for like half an hour and then try again.
yeah not sure if you should do exercise just before sleep

I like doing excerise before i go to bed, part of my sleeping is excerise anyway. It helps because i cant shut my mind off on a night, like now…
over-the-counter sleeping pills. 2 hours before sleeping does the trick for 8+ hours of good sleep.
The ones that I’ve seen in stores have little speakers that give them a rather thin, tinny sound; my computer’s speakers put out a fuller, more natural-sounding tone that I like better. Having my computer close enough to my bed helps, of course. Also this way I don’t have to buy another machine, and can use my own sound files…
