It does look fake but it still shows the importance of seatbelts, Im sure they are very life like crash dummies that react in the same ways as the human body. they could well have been real people, seatbelts save lives (although I dont think anyone could of survived that even if they had a seatbelt).

The first video didn’t look fake at all to me. Very well done if it was. People fly out of rolling or flipping cars all the time. Statistics say if you’re thrown from the vehicle, you have a 25x greater chance of being killed.
The guy in the drag racing car was just stupidly lucky.
The flip was real…it was a setup, which is why the guy in the white suit just happened to be standing there and the videographer just happened to be capturing. The body flying out of the car and landing in the road was not a real person.
But yes, to your point, it does illustrate what can happen.
