why doesnt the nightrider frame fit the coker wheelset?

i just got a nightrider frame and a coker wheelset and the frame doesnt fit on the wheel! whats up with this? ive been waiting all week to put my new “coker” together only to find it does not fit! arrrrggg :angry:
