Who needs TV when they have the Interweb?
wow cant wait for those!
Where’s the pictures of the imploded TV guts?? Or do you only do videos?
$300 seems steep for a used 26" TV but maybe not. Costco has a new 19" one for $149 (HD LCD), and they go up from there. Their cheapest 26" LCD HDTV is $279: http://tinyurl.com/cq24g7
Yeah I already decided against that used LCD. I got an older CRT Sony 27" trinitron flat screen with a 6 speaker “dream” system and cd changer all for $100. Can’t really go wrong with that price and it’s only 4 years old and not used much. Like new and picture is great. Also same size I had before which is fine for me.
Oh, and I was a costco member for less than a month and got a refund of my membership; that place SUCKS!
Wow, great deal! Now cough up some photos…
Will do… I still have a some other things happening, and then have to set it up and stuff, but will post later tonight. I’m really happy with it.
Here are the specs: http://www2.shopping.com/xPF-Sony-KV-27FS16
We mean photos of your imploded TV not of your new TV setup.
He probably already junked it. Or maybe he incorporated it into his backyard trials course.
Dang! That would have been a great idea haha! Yeah I trashed it last night. I understand that an unplugged crt can still deliver a pretty good shock so better I didn’t hop on it after all!
Wow, I got a great deal…$100 for the 27" flat screen Sony Trinitron, and the awesome 6 speaker surround sound system with dvd/cd player! The thing that looks like a computer tower to the left of the smaller speakers is the sub woofer. I haven’t hooked it up yet, but it sounded amazing at the place where I bought it. And I was lucky that it actually fit perfectly in the cabinet!
With your nice new TV and sound system I don’t think you’ll need that beautiful unicycle to the right of it. I can take it off your hands for you if you’d like.
:D~Maybe you could make some money~:D
Haha, nice try! I spend a lot more hours per week riding my unis than watching TV…which is probably a good thing. But now with the surround sound and all I will likely be listening to music more than watching the tube! In fact, currently playiing is Led Zeppelin cd, "Physical graffiti", which I will follow with Ravel’s “Daphnis et Chloe”.
