Fill your bicycle wheels with conveniently available pressurized air stored in automobiles.
That would work if you only need about 32 psi…

You could obtain higher pressures from commercial truck tires.
(but beware of a real blow-out danger!) 
Probably enough for most people doing MUni, and possibly Trials? Definitely not enough for anyone riding “regular width” tires…
