Who lives in Los Angeles. CA

Hey guys,
I live in Los Angeles, California, U.S.A., Planet Earth, the Milky Way Galaxy, sector 5R2I3…Actually, I have no idea what “sector” we are in, or if there are “sectors”, I just made that one up.
I started this post to see who lives in Los Angeles who unicycles as well. I posted up something like this a while ago, and one guy responded. I just thought I’de try it again and test my luck. Please respond to this post if you live around here. It’s great to meet other unicyclists.

Hi Neshan,

My name is Eric & like you, live in L.A. Specifically, beside the Wilshire country club. I started unicycling quite late, about 7 mos ago & at age 53. So far I’ve gone from a 20" to a 24" & currently trying hard to learn off-roading with my 26" Pashley & have gone 4 miles on my Coker (at Griffith Park). My son Derrick has learned to ride with me as well as his band member - Cris. I met 2 guys who live in separate boats at Marina del Rey & they both unicycle. Whenever I see people interested in our hobby, I try to convince them to try my unicycle.

Maybe we can hook-up & become good friends cause of our sport…Just in case you can email me at “xrtrails@yahoo.com”. Thanks…

Actually, Who’s on first.

Hahaha! Our history teacher played that skit for us the other day. It’s so funny.

I live in L.A. a a few miles east of the Wilshire Country Club. I mostly do 15ish mile rides on my Coker, but not as often as I should.

Monkeyman…Happy Birthday !!

…that’s great…I live at 3rd & Rimpau Blvd…do you do mostly street unicycling ? or all kinds…I practice some short laps at La Brea park late at night since it’s not as far as Griffith Park…How about you Jeff ?

I don’t really ride street, anything smaller than 36" feels squirelly to me. I’m at first and vermont. I’d love to ride in Griffith park sometime, it’s not too far from me.

Thanks!

…that’s fine…I’ll send you my email add so we can schedule a workout at Griffith when you feel like…Thanks Jeff !!..this site is very helpful !!
