I have a 26" Nimbus Muni and I was wondering what would be a good wine to serve with it?
I have found a cab-merlot blend goes well with my Giraffe.

I have one of those Blatz wall displays.
But I don’t have a good place to display it. Maybe I should sell it? Hmmm.
Meanwhile, beer is definitely for MUni. It has been a traditional MUni beverage since before Trials existed. This doesn’t mean Trials can’t have beer too, but just remember where the beer came from. 
Of course, the beer & MUni thing was about riding, not about eating or “serving” the unicycles…
Alcohol and unicycling don’t mix well, imo.
But this might be a match for your uni.
