kh 24

GB4 muni frame, with a sturdy rim and cranks (maybe the onza/kh2k5 ones) and a 3" nokian. best all around uni. or a 29er with a knobby tire, you can do lots of light offroad and fast onroad with a 29er.

you cant do freestlye on a 29er.

Who says you cant? Its easy to wheelwalk a coker, and A 29"er wouldn’t be bad coice at all…

a unispin on a 29er would be murder!!! and thats a really high jump to hop on the tire.

A question Evan,
Have you ever ridden on a 29"er, or a 24"er or anything of that sort.

i have riden a 24" before but not a 29er but i do know that even on a 24" it is hard not to slaughter your knees

I had to learn all my freestyle on my 28 and i can wheel walk just fine on it a little crunched up but nothin to bad i got to go with a nice 26" or myabe a 24" but i am leaning twords 26"

POW

I’m not sure exactly what this means, but I do know that you can probably do every freestyle trick with the possible exception of cross over riding on a 24", provided you are not really short. Unispins on a 24" are very definately possible. I even heard that someone almost landed a coker unispin.

What is the price range he is looking for, I am recently new to unicycling and my LX is treating me pretty well, broke a pedal and tore the threads out of my crank arm recently, ordered new parts yesterday. But Torkers are definately decent unicycles, for a decent price.

since he is new to unicycling and this is his first one, he is looking at under 200.

Then yeah, I would go with the Torker LX, but you can look on ebay and find a Torker DX for about 150.

thanx for all the advise. he has a few hes really looking at.
thanx again
