Which variant of the Roach leg armour is everyone using?
They have the following:
Softshell legs - $90cdn
Downhill Legs - $110cdn
Dual Slalom legs - $105cdn
PS, I can’t get to the store to try them on, are there anyone with my leg measurements that has either a med or large (the only available sizes)
3" Above the knee =17"
right above the ankle = 9"
distance between the two (roughly)18"

I just put on a set of SIXSIXONE 4x4’s. The large fit perfectly…I think it’s safe to assume I need large

I was wondering this same thing, also does anyone know where you can get a pair of the kickass guards with flames on em? (IE Kris Holm style) Not trying to rip you off Kris I just like fire alot
That could very easily be done with fabric paint, methinks.

I just got off the email with Ingrid from Roach, and they do custom colours… this is a quote from the email “We can do custom colours, We,ve done some pretty funky ones”

My vote is for the Dual slalom legs (hardshell legs, soft knee). The hardshell knees have better
protection, but are less flexible. Also the plastic shell makes the knee wide enough to abrade on
the tire occasionally when you’re riding.
