Where does PDC get his summit's from?

So I was browsing around, and I realize that PDC has sold like 3 brand new summit’s. So where does he get them from? I realize that he is a very realiable seller, I’m not questioning that. But I wonder where he get’s his summit’s from.
Also he sell’s a bunch of other brand new things like those kooka’s and stuff.
Where does he get all this stuff from?

I know he has that thread that has been going for about 7 months, and another one. But I thought the second thread was jsut a redo of the first thread cause the first one has a lot of spam in it.

He buy’s stuff off ebay, swaps parts out, keeps some stuff, then sells the rest.
