I have to do some more considering to come up with a favorite. I do remember my first though; It was a double feature of Thunderball and You Only Live Twice at the Crest Theater.
‘Licence to Kill’ was the best ever bond film and I think Timothy Dalton was the best James Bond as in his films he was trying to get them more like the original Fleming novels.
Worst ever bond film ‘Diamonds are Forever’.
Although I have to admit that the Ausitn Powers films beat all of them.

i wouldn’t miss a bond movie for the world
i’ve had fun watching each and every one that i’ve seen and i think i’ve seen most
but there’s a moment about a third of the way into the movie where i realise that the plot is indeed as wafer-thin as it first appeared, the jokes are as bad as i didn’t remember and the jaw-droppingly gorgeous female lead isn’t going to get her kit off and i start looking forward to the next bond movie

I agree with the masses in thinking that George Lazenby isn’t the greatest bond, but the film has its share of good bits. It’s one of the few (only?) Bond films I can watch and think “been there!” at certain points…
