Whats your favorite blues songs? and dont say you dont like the blues cause the blues is the greatest. and its the roots of so many different styles of music.

I dont have a favorite, but when me and my friends get together and play blues for about an hour, switching off solos to everyone, thats the greatest =p

I don’t have a favourite blues song, but a favourite verse is

On a ship that’s made of paper

I also have a great version of Little Red Rooster with Howlin’ Wolf, Muddy Waters and Bo Diddley all performing together.

Whorehouse Blues on Motorhead’s Inferno Album is quite fun. :sunglasses:

I play blues on my harmonica. It is just music that you make up as you go along. When you feel really down, the harp really can talk for you. I dont have a favorite blues song, but B.B King is the best in my opinion!

Even though they’re from the Blues Brothers, isn’t it a bit of a stretch to call those three songs ‘blues’?

I have hardly any blues music, apart from one Muddy Waters tape which I don’t know any of the track names to, so I’ll go with Seven Days/I’ll See Ya by Scott 4.
