I used to be obsessed with Harry Potter. I am no longer obsessed, but its still pretty much the best book ever. anyway, I made my user name when I was infatuated with that book.

I got mine from a day-to-day Smpson’s calendar that said Homepalooza and I though it was cool so I changed it to carsonpalooza.

Alex pretty much hit the nail on the head there. Honestly, there is absolutely no reason I chose this name - I just use it for pretty much everything, from AIM, to Xanga, to all forums, to even account names for online games sometimes.

I needed a username, and I couldn’t think of one. My name is Forrest. I uni. And I thought ‘forrestuni’ needed something.

My username is from Sugarloaf/USA, a ski area in Maine (http://www.sugarloaf.com). I’ve been skiing there for 15 years. It seemed to fit.
