That is some amazing riding!!!
Anyway, I was wondering what size uni he is riding… to me it looks like a 26" but I’m not sure, I don’t know if KH is tall or short so it makes it tough to judge. But it sure looks smaller than a 29 and larger than a 24.
Anyway, does anybody out there ride a 26" muni? It seems like it would be a good size. My 24" seems too small, and my 29" is definitely too big, at least for steep stuff (it feels like you’re 10 feet in the air).
FUnny I only ound that video about a month ago. Agreed it’s a 26". I alway wondered why he didn’t produce a 26", surely with the high availability of off the shelf 26" rims tyres and spokes it would be pretty easy, he could even just use the 29 frame and stick the brake mounts lower.
Incidently the bails around 2:10 I think best show why Kris has never got seriously injured, his ability to land bails is unbelievable.
yeah kris can really fall good like in this movie he does a kart wheel from a couple feet in the air and lands on his feet. I think im guna start falling more so i can pratice the art of falling

He does produce a KH26…it even comes standard with a Large Marge Rim!
YES! I RIDE A 26" MUNI! I LIKE IT SO MUCH BETTER THAN A 24". I CAN ROLL THINGS BETTER, ITS FASTER, & ONLY SLIGHTLY HEAVIER. I WOULD TAKE MY 26 ANYDAY OVER A 24. NOT TO SAY I DONT LIKE A 24" FROM TIME TO TIME, BUT I MOSTLY RIDE MY 26.
That sounds more like it, he definitely looks like he’s on a 24" for some of it, though I think that video goes back far enough for him to maybe still be on a 26" for some stuff. Also if it’s old enough, one or both cycles could even be pre-Profile, which means he would be on custom hubs. But I’m guessing Profiles for that one. Before that time he rode custom stuff, and even had a DM ATU.
Lol, and a profile hub? This is my point, I know several people have gone to the lengths of buying a KH29, getting a new rim tyre and spokes and building a 26" wheel and then adapting the brakes suitably. Seems like a hell of a lot of expense and hassle for what wouldn’t be a difficult product for KH to manafacture in the first place.
hey that’s a 24, i rode the sister uni of that… exsactly the same… it’s a 24. man i love that section… probaly my favorite section ever!
p.s yep john it is a WICKED sound track… everyone should go buy new world disorder 2!
