It reminds me of one I used to ride in elementary school in japan, any thoughts?
it says concord on the fork, I rode a concord as a kid in the late 70’s and early 80’s although mine looked different. Your’s still has cottered cranks as mine did which dates it as an older uni. Your saddle is not original as it is a retrofitted bike saddle, mine had the squared off curved saddle that was very common back then. also my frame had a squared off crown while yours is rounded. if I had to guess I would say this is from the mid 1980’s. I’m not expert just a personal opinion based on personal experience.
My first uni I bought at a fireman’s auction for $5.00 and learned to ride on it. the fork developed a crack and despite a neighbors attempt to weld it it was done for. I bought the concord at this point at a high end ski and bike shop that sold Raleigh bicycles. I believe I paid $150 which was a lot of money back then, it took everything I had and then some to buy it
Ahh gotcha, the decal looks very 80’s haha, cant wait to ride it today!

The frame looks identical to a cycle pro, right down to the lollypop bearing holders.
