I played with model trains as a child and dreamed of becoming an engineer one day. I couldn’t imagine a better job than driving trains all day long.

After years of schooling, I got a degree in engineering.

Guess I screwed up somewhere, 'cause all my degree lets me drive are electric signals. Oops.

unicycling while working is good, i dont get bored. i have a paper round but im in the middle of arranging my work experience at an archetect company

Scott trust me, you do NOT want to be an architect. It’s all CAD (computer aided design), and the building plans we get where I work look extremely boring to make, whilst most of them are still wrong :stuck_out_tongue: (you’ll see…).

I work at a company called Phelan Construction, and they do leisure refurbishments (casinos, nightclubs, restaurants etc.) across the UK. At the moment I’m just gaining experience, but when I finish my A-Levels they want me to do an apprenticeship course with them as a Quantity Surveyor. Basically, somebody who surveys the quantities required for building projects and tries to get the cheapest suppliers and prices.

I’m a health care assistant in a stroke rehabilitation ward, or rather I was. Need to get a career job this summer.

(once again…)
For my company, I am the Internal Director of Information, Operations, and Technology.

I make the ‘ping’ noises on submarines.

HAHA! you cant be serious!

I work at Quiznos. Most people I work with don’t like it, but I do. It’s pretty fun. were a small store and we don’t get all that many customers comparatively, and my boss is always at her other stores so we basically get to do whatever we want (within reason of course). I sometimes bring my unicycle along so I get to ride outside in the parking lot when theres no customers and its not rush hour (meal rush hour that is). On some days, we get a full 1 or 2 hours straight with no customers. Some days more, some days less. So yeah I get to ride outside, we have a curb there and a little half-rev-ish manny pad, so its pretty sweet. I get minimum wage, but it’s still a fun job so its all good.
