If it were me I would definitely go for option 2. I haven’t heard any feedback on using those frames for Freestyle so it would be interesting to find out! Though the extra crown might get in the way for some tricks, it could be super useful for others, making it worth having.
Beyond that, the Nimbus X looks like a slightly better foot platform than your first, cheapest option. Both should be fine for traditional Freestyle, with more foot surface than the Miyata frames most Japanese riders use.
A KH frame is waayyyyyyyy to wide for a freestyle wheel.

I think I would prefer the Nimbus Square Frame, though it is difficult to see how wide it is. I briefly tried the Nimbus X and didn’t like it for standup stuff. The square frame can be a bit slippery depending on your foot wear, but if necessary that can be fixed by putting a piece of tire on top (many of the japanese riders use this trick).
I would avoid the Nimbus frame… That’s the frame I currently have and it hurts my feet to do stand-up tricks because the tube is round. For some reason the links are not loading for me so I can’t really give input on your frame choices. If I had the choice I’d get a frame with a similar crown to the Semcycle XL I have never owned that frame but of all the different unicycles I’ve ridden I’ve liked the Semcycle’s crown the best for stand-up tricks. I’ll try again at some point later in the day to look over the links and give better feedback but I dislike the nimbus frame. The double crown would be interesting to see for freestyle though as John said. The closest I’ve seen to freestyle being done on it is Spencer Hochberg and his flatland riding which he throws a lot of freestyle tricks into. He rides a BMX style tire with a KH frame and doesn’t seem to have too many problems so I’m sure a freestyle wheel would work fine in it.

Is it really that terrible to stand on (I’m assuming you’re speaking of the Nimbus X frame)? Does it just depend on footwear/foot size?
I’ve had my heart set on making the Nimbus X freestyle my next uni, so I just want to make sure the frame doesn’t suck that badly for stand-up/one-foot.
I don’t know about stand-up tricks because I can’t do those yet, but the Nimbus X is fine for one-foot riding and the bit of coasting I can do. I have size 13 shoes too but sole thickness probably has a role to play. I currently use 5.10 Impacts which have a thicker sole than something like converses.
To the OP:
The KH Double Crown is probably the best for foot on frame tricks, but may be a bit of nuisance when doing tricks that require placing feet on the back of the tire. I remember somebody saying that standing on the wheel was not bad though and that one quickly adapted. There may also be a greater chance of hitting one’s legs on the frame during spins and flips.
The best freestyle rider in my club uses a KH frame with a 20" Alex DX rim and freestyle tire.
I almost got the Double Crown when it was on sale last. Oddly one of the main reasons I didn’t was because I thought it would look silly for somebody at my modest level of trick skill to have such a frame. Not really a logical argument though and this discussion has had me pondering the value of that frame again.
Maybe it might be my sole thickness on my shoes although they are pretty thick(I use the same shoes I do for trials) but the round top tube just doesn’t feel good on my feet after a few tricks. I still like my nimbus X freestyle uni but I do not like the frame much at all. I also have shorter cranks on it, different pedals, and a different tire. I still can’t access the pages linked by the OP to look at the frames… Odd.
