What does it take to get permenently banned from the forums? And has it happened to anyone yet? Im just curious. Lets say i start a petion to bann someone, what would happen.

Trolls and spammers get permanently banned.

A petition would be useless.

tyler was banned once, because he was putting his life in danger.
and evan was banned once, under the username total_uni, because he was being an ass. but then he came back and got a different username, and continued being an ass, but not quite as much this time.

What does it take to get banned? I have to pick up my red phone and tell Gilby who I want banned. Bothe Tyler and total_uni were banned because I gave the “go ahead” to Gilby.

I’ve had executive power ever since Gilby tried to ban Jagur for replying to a spam thread.

The only way to get executive power is to be a ninja.:slight_smile:

i dnt think i was banned so much as i was “made an example of”

unfortunatly it wasnt me who used my name and acct. to dump a thread to spam, MY OWN THREAD! (why would i do that?)

i belive Gilby when he sees it was my acct. that did it but i was temporaraly (sp?) locked out by Sir Gilbus, thinking i was hacked therfore I became “Forget_Your_Life” for awile till i suddenly without notification was able to post as my real name again…its a big mystery (sp?) to me what the hell happened that day.

i offer no appologies, i didnt do anything… but in computer world it looked like it i guess?

bottom line is at the time i was made and example of and have seen lots of posts to spam threads go un-displined since then.

Yea I was banned for literally about 10 or 15 minutes while I fixed a little privacy thing.
