If you have to take photos of all the parts separately I’d say you didn’t make a uni at all, let alone for fun.

he just figured out the parts of it, he doesn’t actually have that uni.

The parts list looks pretty good. What cranks length are you going to get?

You may want someone to confirm that the Nimbus X frame will fit a 3". My friend has one and it doesnt look like hes got a ton of room with a 2.5" tire. You may be better off with a Nimbus II frame.
