(a)The matters, or
(b) the perspective?
(c) Or maybe even the fact that the perspective is put in the first place, but then indeed there’d have to be a punctuation mark (comma, colon or semicolon?) after “matters”.
Nothing, actually. I just like saying that. It’s something Raphael said in [post=574670]another thread[/post]. When he said it, it seemed empty of meaning. The more I thought about it, the more it started to have meaning, but I still couldn’t figure out how it specifically applied to the discussion. As such, it readily became my favorite thing to say and I thought that now was one of those times to say it. The fact that you had to ask about it does put a perspective on matters well worth bearing in mind.
I had seen the earlier occurrence. But with that reply, I meant to question your peppering so many threads with this sentence. Like, it should be at least somewhat applicable, right? And, assuming that it was, then how. That would put a perspective on matters well worth bearing in mind.
Oh and does Raphael agree with your assessment (empty of meaning)?
What do the first 4 lines of this Beatle song quote mean:
Nothing’s gonna change my world
Nothing’s gonna change my world
Nothing’s gonna change my world
Nothing’s gonna change my world
Jai Guru Deva Om --The Beatles
You are fine! Go into it! Ride it out! You weren’t here for this last conversation [PM]…

Good one on the Yes thread.
Do you think
Lucy in the
Sky with
Diamonds has any hidden drug content, too?
Billy
Hey Billy,
Yes I do, although I also seem to remember reading an interview (or maybe it was just an urban legend) that asked that question of The Beatles, and they said the title was taken from a drawing Lennon did as a child, and the reference was inadvertent.
So I don’t know if that one has cred or not, and I can’t remember where I heard it. Maybe I was on something at the time…
