I don’t know about any groups for general unicycling, but there’s lunis
unicycle hockey in Tufnell Park (north london, but not hard to get to)
details from http://www.jbmarshl.demon.co.uk/
You really want to come to lunis, even if you don’t play hockey yet, you
need to now.
There’s a couple of cool juggling & poi & swinging things clubs with loud
music run on Tue and Wed nights by http://www.justjugglers.org/ which are
wicked if you’re into trancey/techno music at all and have everything from
some very good five club jugglers to people who learnt to do a weave with
poi and don’t want to learn anything else.
The circus space does courses in circussy things and I think has a weekly
dropin thingy on sundays http://www.circusspace.co.uk/ bit expensive so I
haven’t got down there for anything yet.
There’s loads of skating & bmxers and stuff on the South Bank of the Thames
near Waterloo station, if you’re into trials it’s a good place to practice,
lots of urban furniture and stuff round there.
Also from west london you’ve got trains out to places like Swinley Forest
(Bracknell), Dorking etc. which are alright places to do muni, some pretty
good stuff if you know where to look. They’re very nice places to go night
riding because they have decent trails and a decent late train service too.
I’m in Balham (SW london), give us a shout if you’re interested in doing
some muni somewhere in the vicinity of London, or interested in evening /
weekend urban rides in central london.
Also, join the uk_unicyclists group at groups.yahoo.com to get announcements
about stuff going on in the uk.
Oh and ask on rec.juggling about the juggling clubs, I don’t do much
juggling so I don’t really know about them.

There is Lunis, Londons Unicycle hockey team, who meet on a Thursday
night very close to tufnell park tube (underground railway) station see
http://www.jbmarshl.demon.co.uk for more info
In Hammersmith which is close to Chiswick there is a group called Albert
and friends, which is a youth circus group with lots of
unicyclists. Unfortunatly they don’t have anything to do with the rest of
the Uk unicycle scene and so no one knows much about them exect that they
exist. a web serch should show up their page, but I couldn’t get most of
it to work on my browser so gave up.
Do you mean you are arriving on 8th June or 6th August? If 8th June, there
is a unicycle hockey day on 6th July near Reading , about 40 miles ( 25
minutes from Paddington by train) west of London. You would be very
welcome to come along to that day, try hockey out and meet people. More
info is on
http://www.vimes.u-net.com/hockey.html
Look forward to meeting you while your in the UK.

They’re only for kids it seems.
Also look at http://www.jugglingdb.com/clubs/globe.php which magically tells
you about juggling clubs by pointing at a map and has a few other clubs on
it.
