having trouble logging into web space with ftp software

FTP TROUBLE
WE ARE ATTEMPTINGTO USE SEAGULL FTP(FREE DOWNLOAD FROM TUCOWS)
OUR PROBLEM SEEMS TO BE LOGGING ON TO UNICYCLIST COMMUNITY SERVER
KEEPS TELLING US USERNAME/PASSWORD ERROR EVEN WHEN WE CREATE NEW ACCOUNT AND TRY LOG IN WITH NEW ID
COULD NOT ACCESS UNICYCLIST WEB BASED FTP FOR SAME REASON

I have had a problem before with logging into the unicyclist.com and the reason why was that I haddnt put in the right information in the log in box, after lots of ajusting i eventurly found out the thing.

and that was it.
I dont know if its the same, im using frontpage at the moment to upload my stuff to website. Any problems just email me.
