Even better, tell people to type in “weapons of mass destruction” in
Google and click the “I’m feeling lucky” button.

Also type into Google “French military victories” and click “I’m feeling
lucky.”

I had never noticed the I’m feeling lucky button. I heard someone mention it in the Just Conversation thread “A bit of fun” but I couldn’t find the button having already pressed search. I tried it today and it seems to go for the most popular search result. I thought what was even funnier, was what came up when I typed “American military victories” into google, and clicked “I’m feeling lucky”.

Like I just said, feel free to delete this…

No need to delete this thread, but it has been moved to Just Conversation where it belongs. The google search method didn’t work today when I sent my friend there, I couldn’t even see it on the first page of the results, but there was this news thread as one of the links.

The unicyclist forum must have contributed to those hits since the threads with the links have only been around just recently. It’s pretty funny how a silly little joke page became so popular. I like it how it fooled people at first glance into thinking that there was an error and the page couldn’t be found, but upon closer inspection…
