I think i know what one your talking about. was it a 14 foot (standing) bear or somthing? that atackt people and a forrest ranger shot it with like 16 shots

if you read the article on him it says the pole was lodged in him so hard he had little or no blood loss, and it just took time to survive and deal with the problem.

That bear thing is a hoax. The picture of the bear is real, but the man that killed it was not a park ranger. He was a hunter. This bear was also not a man eater or “the world’s biggest grizzly” as some versions of the email/webpage go. The mangled body is totally unrelated to the grizzly as well. That was added later on to the email chain that went around. I think snopes has a page dedicated to this. I’m not sure about the motorcycle picture, however.
