well, right now i current ride bmx and race motocross a lot, but i also got a uni on Jan 8th and im pretty decent, but i really want to get into trials/street. basically what i want to know is what is probably the best starter trials/street uni? i seen that one Nimbus on UDC (http://www.unicycle.com/shopping/shopexd.asp?id=1048) and it seems good but i dont know if i want to spend $250 or so starting out. but i do want a good uni frame to start out on that way i can just replace the cranks or wheel over time. i really familiar with ISIS and im guessing that uni’s use pretty much the same tech. as the bmx seen does. so what would be a good/cheap uni to start out trials/street on? im not really familiar with places to get uni’s and parts from, all i really heard of is UDC. thanks
Go for that one. Its a really good uni even for experienced riders. Just make sure you upgrade to Kris Holm cranks later on. Nice to see somone else who races motocross (I hear you kids up north are slow:p )
ha, lol, kinda. i race 125B and like, at places when there is about 20 guys in the class, there really is only the 5 fast guys in B. i can run with quite a few A riders up here in Mi after only riding for 3 years so far. where exactly you from?
Texas. I run the B class too. If your really serious about racing, you definatley want to be in texas. Cali is really only good b/c all the shops and factories are out there. Track wise, and talent wise, Texas is really deep.
