36 feet? that’s pretty freakin’ big… where do they make em and how the hell would you ride it… 
36’ could mean 36 minutes (as in of arc, not time). Maybe he doesn’t want the conventional circular-wheeled version.
In answer to the last question, yes, they are worth the money, if a Coker is what you want.

Cokers are hardly ever sold second hand, on this site anyway. So if you don’t want to buy pdc’s wheel you might as well just go straight to UDC and buy one!
There are a few different models of 36er to choose from, with slightly different tyres, seats, hubs and frames. There’s plenty of threads comparing them, if you do a search you should be able to find all the info you need.
