You could get a Sun 28" unicycle, change the innertube (not entirely sure if this even needs to be done), and get a 29" tire.
It will fit, and you will have a cheap 29" unicycle.

i have a Nimbus X frame on KH rim with a WTB NanoRapter tire all mated to a UDC hub, Thomson seat post and KH seat…for sale
one thing about 29er’s though, the box will be oversized therefor the shipping will be like 50 to 60 bucks.

Thanks for the responses and sorry I didn’t respond earlier. I have a job that takes me on the road and haven’t had a chance to revisit the forum. Anyways, I did end up purchasing a new Nimbus 29". Thank you.
