hey i was just wondering if anyone here had any idea of how much it would cost to ship a 20"uni from the states to australia. please help.
It would be much easier and cheaper to go to www.unicycles.com.au . The site is currently horribly outdated but in the next week or so it will be completely re-done. There is MUCH more available than you see on the site. Email Gary if you have any questions. What sort of unicycle were you after?

thanks ive been emailing gary and he says that he’ll be at the aus bike show so yeah. thanks for replying on that but just looking to begin on like a standard 20". i am on a bit of a price limit though.
Yeah I’ll be there with him at the bike show in a team of unicycle trials demo riders. Should be great fun. You can get standard 20" unis in plenty of places. Even if you don’t get one from Gary there are other places in Australia such as Juggleart (www.juggleart.com) or just bike shops here and there.

yeah, i got my unicycle from my local bike shop. it was only $179. its a 20". the 24" is only a dollar more expensive. i don’t know how good the quality is but hey im having a lot of fun.
Yeah you can usually get your local bike shop to order one - if not www.unicycle.co.nz would probably be a cheaper place to ship from.
yeah i thought that might be the case at the bike show. went to the site and watched some of the videos and stuff, pretty incredible.

Well it all depends what sort of riding you think you’ll want to do. If you’re keen on trials then the steepness of the area you live in doesn’t matter. What I suggest is that you buy a cheap unicycle, then save up for a better and more specific one later if you want.
