Video upload problems

I can’t get it uploaded to YT! (Or vimeo for that matter). It might be a problem on my end but I think it’s my dsl, which totally SUCKS! . the video file size is actually a smaller than usual for me at only about 66mb. It’s been “uploading” on YT for more than 2 1/2 hours and still no sign of it getting even close to finishing!

I initially tried using the “bulk” uploader, which I normally use, but I kept getting an error message. I liked uploading that way since it shows in realtime the upload progress. Damn! I worked so hard making this video (from today) and I think it may be my best yet. :frowning: At least I was able to make a DVD of it to give to my dad. :slight_smile:

PS: I just signed up with a new dsl provider and upload speeds will be significantly higher, and so hopefully uploading videos won’t take forever!

Anybody else have problems with YT uploads?

Edit:

I just ran an online speed test that tell you you DL and UPL speed; 3,000 DL, which is typical for my internet…but my upload speed was barely registering at 39 kbps, or 4.8 kb per second! :astonished:

Id just cancel the upload, and if youre connected to a modom/router, power cycle it, then try again.
