Nice idea Tim. Simple but effective. Do you find it easy enough to make
those small adjustments afer mounting ? Or is adjustment not something you
do on the fly?

My main concern is the first 25 meters, which is the distance it takes me to get
up to full speed. Sometimes a foot is a little crooked, but I try to get that
straight as I am starting off, and keep my concentration. Most of my wipe-outs
have been with my left foot slipping off the pedal, and then all my weight has
been landing on the rear of my left foot, causing what feels like a bone chip
deal. It hurt to walk, and I have a slight limp, but when I ride, I am on the
top part of my foot. I can’t land on it too many more times, because I fear I
could hurt it worse, or worse yet, I could start getting scared about falling,
and slow down. My next attempt is in about 2 weeks. We have had about 2 weeks of
family matters keeping me from hard training like I was.
