Muni on CBC trail, Mount Seymour

North shore is great. We did Fromme (near Grouse Mtn), CBC (Mt Seymour), and this weekend we’re doing the last mountain, Cypress. The trails will close soon… snow coming.
It was very wet/slippery and near freezing. Ryan shows how to deal with it - go fast.
CBC took us about 4 hours. Its pretty long, as trails go, but I think we’re averaging less than 1 mph.
Theres a long bridge section (double black diamond) I think James calls ‘the hamster cage’, which we probably spent an hour on. Its fun.
I know I had a good ride, because I was sore for 3 days. Any less, and I didn’t push myself hard enough. Any more and I regret being out of commission.
My thumb is still purple, but the limp is gone…I’m ready for more!
