Like the title says, are there any unicycle friendly indoor places in Vancouver or Portland?

Can’t speak for Vancouver, but Portland has at least one club I think. Not sure their name, but you might try attending one of the meetings of the Portland Jugglers. They meet Wednesday evenings at Reed College. Someone there would be able to hook you up with the local riding scene. There’s a guy named Rob Brown who is extremely expert, and I know he’s involved in local riding activites. Also, the jugglers have an annual festival in late September (you just missed a great one), which features uni workshops and local riders.
