I called today to make hotel reservations at the lead hotel for the USA
convention in North Bend, WA. They were all sold out beginning Saturday!
Wow, there are going to be a lot of people at this unicycle event!

Thanks David, for prompting me to remember to book my room! I was worried there
would be none left, but I’m reporting my findings as of today. I just booked a
double queen room, and I was told they were filling up fast, but still rooms
left. This applies to the main hotel, but I don’t know the situation for the two
dorm places.
David may have been booking a single room or a suite(?). But don’t wait around,
book your room if you’re coming!

Based on the over 100 rider turnout at the small meet in October, I think this
will be the biggest one to date. Hardly any of the attendees in October had ever
been to a NUC before. Don’t miss it!

I was surprised to hear from John Foss that he had been able to get a room. I
had been told that they were sold out. I called back.
I had forgotten to tell them that I was WITH the unicycle convention. All the
non-unicycle rooms are sold out. The ones reserved for unicyclers are going fast
at the Summit Inn–800-557-STAY. Now I have a room. See you all there.
