lets say i have a long annoying URL that i want to post but i just want to make it so that i could say click “here” and the here would be a link…
do you know what i mean?
how can i do that?

except use an = sign instead of the *

Paste the url into the “insert link” button in the post reply window. After you click ok the part inside the brackets is highlighted, simply type what you want there.

oh, yea what you said works forrest.

^^^^ where you choose text size color ect when you’re replying… there is a globe and you click it and enter the URL. WA-LA!

Or

Type the text you want to be the text part of the link. For example, Click Here

Then select the text (highlight it with the mouse)

Then click the Insert Link button in the editor (the blue globe with a chain link)

It will pop up a dialog asking for the URL

Type in or paste in the URL

Click OK
