Hi guys,
I decided to make a new thread to post the updates we make on Unicycling Tips & Tutorials because the other one was getting a bit long and off track.
Anyway I have just added a video tutorial Andrew made on dropping in Muni context, and I highly recommend you go and check it out
Also me and Andrew are both on summer holidays now so we have lots of time to add new stuff. Andrew said he’s going to make a lot more video tutroials and when he does I’ll add them. So keep checking back as there’s bound to be lots of updates coming. Sorry there haven’t been many updates lately as we’ve both just had exams and assignments to do.
As promised the holidays will bring lots of updates… First up those added today:
High Resolution version of a video tutorial on Natural Trials Techniques
Video tutorial on turning added to the ‘Basic Riding’ page.
A link to www.unicycle.org.nz added to the links page.
And be sure to check up on the site regularly as more updates will be coming. All new updates will be recorded on the ‘Whats New’ section on the ‘Home’ Page. So check there regularly as I may not always post on here.
Remember if you have any questions, comments, requests, critisicms or ideas please let me or Andrew know
I’m currently uploading another tutorial to ‘album123’ in the gallery. It’s on ‘technical multiple gaps’. By that I mean gaps like what Kris Holm does across the tops of the seats in the grandstand, and what Ryan Atkins does along bike racks or whatever they were…that sort of thing. I wasn’t sure whether or not to cover this because gapping techniques vary so much in different scenarios, but maybe some of the things mentioned will help someone.
If you want a sneak peak, go to the end of ‘album123’ (www.unicyclist.com/gallery/album123), otherwise I’m sure Peter will put it up on the site soon.
Just thought I’d let you all know whats been happening with the site lately…There have been a few updates, mainly new links, but I have just added two maintenance tips on cotterless crank installation and bearing overhauling/replacement. These are courtesey of The London unicycling Club (hope you don’t mind Brian - I just linked straight to your pages, if you’d rather I didn’t let me know) so be sure to check them out and check the home page regularly for new updates. And as always if you have any tips to add, comments, queries or complaints about the site let us know and we will be glad to help!
Peter
