Can someone identify this rider?

shot of him in Spokane on the downhill course, and I was just wondering
who it was.

Whoever it is, looks like he has a Gazz and a Sun Doublewide. I wonder if
it’s the guy who came to some of the earlier MUni Weekends, and donated a
Pashley one year? He owns a pawnshop, but I don’t have my records and
can’t remember his name!
