Unicyclists and sore shins.

Here is an interesting phenomenon. I’ve been walking places instead of
unicycling the past couple of days. Normally if I am going any further than the
letterbox I ride.

I’ve discovered that walking is quite painfull! It hurts my shins. Any
suggestions? I figure that maybe some tendons don’t get used while unicycling
and hence if you virutally never walk any where as you always unicyle they may
waste away.

Any one else had the same problem? On the other hand I no longer have problems
with sore legs or anything when riding:-)

I don’t get the sore shins thing, but ever since I’ve been on-wheel more
than walking, I have found myself tripping over EVERYTHING! It’s annoying,
and slightly embarassing every once in a while.

Well, the solution is simple, Alex. STAY ON YOUR UNI! <g>

[Come to think of it, that's not bad advice for ME, either.]
