here is an email i just recieved… (the second one since this morning)

when coming back to the forums, my account had been logged in already (suggesting nothing should be afoot)

i freaking HATE password guessers. for the reason that its completley stupid and gets them no where and then they say they hacked the account when all they did was be a lardo. good thing ur pw is probally good cause on a forum, theyd probally spam the forums and get ur account banned.

but i’m wondering if it’s not a password guesser as i am still logged in upon my return? if my accountwas ‘actually’ locked out, would i not have to re-sign in when i returned?

i traced the ip adress to dallas, texas, trace yours back so we can see if its the same person

Well, I tracked the IP and then entered the latitude longitude point on google maps and it said it was in the parking lot outside of something that looked like either a church or an office building.

The IP address goes to the same ISP as the dedicated server that unicyclist.com is hosted on. It looks like they attempted logging in to a lot of people’s accounts.

Or use more effective other tactics to obtain passwords…
(let this be a warning: don’t wear your unicyclist.com pwd in your clothes).

i got the same thing happen 3 times i also made a tread about it. I think its a computer thats just going through unicyclist forums and guessing everyones pass’s. I traced it to Dallas Texas under Continental Ave on a 4wd Track.

why would they password guess when they could just hack somebodys computer…not THAT hard…

Read the previous posts in this thread. Gilby has already stated that it is the same place that hosts this forum. And that they have tried logging into a bunch of peoples accounts.
Also it isn’t that easy to hack into peoples computers.
