Hey everybody,
I was thinking of starting a riding club here in B.C… I was just curious
as to who would be interested in riding. I live in Abbotsford so most likely
we would be riding somewhere somewhat locally like, Vancouver and such, and
if there were some Muni people out ther perhaps we would do more Muni
riding, there are quite a few good trails up here.

I’d love to do it, I jsut want to see who’s all interested if it’s going to
be worthwhile, I have another friend who would like to do it also. It’s fine
for beginners as well I myself have only been riding for about 2 years now.
But if anybody would be interested or have some ideas for where we should

good idea, i live in tsawwassen, and i know a few other people who unicycle here. Also the CIRKIDS is in vancouver, so there might be able to find some peple there

I think that starting a Unicycle club in Abbotsford is a good idea, I myself dont live in the lower mainland, but I still think its a good idea.
in tsawwassen, there isn’t much that’s good for unicycling offroad. There’s a small forest area with a few trails, and a dike that goes about 2-3km one way, and to white rock the other way (no idea how far), plus a few grassy hills. there’s more for roads, with a bunch of hills. Also we could try jousting, basketball ect.
Kris occasionally showed up to the thursday night trials rides in Vancouver. maybe start with something like that. I’ve got a couple of pics I’ll post one of these days. There is awesome riding in Vancouver. I’m so sad I moved to Ontario.
I thought there was a couple of people in the MCSMB (West Coast School of Mountain Biking) that rode uni’s. The trials area at Belcarra is amazing to say the least.
I’m so sad…maybe I’ll move back

Hey there,
Well, probably not this weekend, although a weekend would be preferable, I
have to go away, but I will post another message closer to when I will be
able to organize a ride around here, probably start with a street ride just
to see who’s all out there.

Hey I live on Vancouver Island, actually in Black Creek. I think all of us BC
unicyclists should get together this summer for a big Shore ride, or maybe go
somewhere on Hornby, but we should definatley get together for a weekend ride
somewhere. Maybe go for some urban trials riding? I dont know… it’s an idea
anyway…

that would be cool to all get together. Id do it for sure, if i could find a way to Vancouver at that time. But a big get together of BC unicyclists is a great idea
