I noticed that eBay had some original painting.
Yeah, I think this is a gap in the market.
Some good posters would be a great idea. Here in the UK we dont have any posters… I dont think.
I just print cool pictures out at home on my computer, but these are only A4 size.
Anyone in the printing/publishing industry want to fill this gap in the market?
Joe,
Yeah I wouldnt mind having a good poster. I think I’ll just print off an A4 one though and get my dad to scale it up to an A3 one on a photocopier.
Unchain yourself
Unchain yourself by DKNG Studios design illustration totally captures the essence of why I ride. Unicycling is to bcycling as slalom is to water skiing on two skis. I can be fat and lazy on two, or get-fit carving-it-up on one until I find the extra ski is just not worth the hassle. That is why I love how the artist used bke chain font. Chains, we don’t need no stinking chains (unless we ride a giraffe)! I especially like the ace of spades in the spokes which is a b*cycle ghostbuster. Check out the zoom-in feature on the DKNG website (linked above). Simply brilliant! Congratulations to Dan, Nathan and all the folks over at DKNG. I hope you sell a million prints! And, I hope you don’t mind me sharing this with the RSU family. Some of these guys can probably tell you just exactly what year and brand unicycle this is. The whitewalls make it look like the 20" Schwinn circa 1972 that I learned to ride on. It takes me back to my childhood. I just love it.
It’s a great poster. I think the unicycle is a made-up one, though probably based on at least one real, actual unicycle. I like the style of it and the seat (for illustration purposes, not to sit on).
I have that poster. My wife bought it for me for my birthday. I like the faded, old school look. And like you said, the ace of spades is a nice touch.
…
I think I just threw up a little in my mouth…
Nice virtual man-cave!
You could download two posters here: http://impactunicycles.com/#/goodies/
It was possible to get the first one with the uni some time ago.
Yeah I was going to say dosn’t Impact sell them now?
I’ve seen that picture posted 6 or 7 times now, and it still makes me laugh. I think the facial expression is the funniest part.
It’s the gift that keeps on giving.
That poster is HOT!
My avitar and home pic is from an original the wife ‘liberated’ in the early eighties from a German Christmas market when she was ‘po’ in Europe and looking for a souvenir. In the end she got me
Fast Forward thirty years and after being under valued and just thumb tacked onto the garage wall before I went from two to one wheel it is now a framed and highly valued addition inside the house.
Gotta be worth at least KH trade!!! Make offers… sorry priceless!!! The poster- not me- I’m cheap.
Best

If you want to make your own unicycling wall art give http://www.blockposters.com/ a try. You upload an image and it generates a pdf of your picture broken up into multiple pages so you can print and assemble them into your preferred size.
