Hi, just wondering if there are any unicycling clubs in or near Uni-Cali, Riverside (UCR)? I will be going there for studies from Jan '08 to Jun '08.
Anyway, was deciding if I should bring my 24" uni over, or if I shd just get one there… advice? Would it be easy to buy one there?

If you’ve already got one, just bring it with you. It shouldn’t be that hard to transport, and everyone loves unicycles.
Where are you coming from? Overseas or domestic?
Riverside is fairly close to Irvine, and there are some pretty good muni trails around Irvine. In addition, I have a group of riders at UC Irvine you can ride with if you have transportation.

I will be coming in from overseas. South-east Asia, actually. Will be bringing 6 months worth of clothes and living items (and perhaps juggling props) with me, so baggage planning’s gonna be very important. I think I will bring the unicycle with me anyway. I don’t want to be stuck with muni trails and no unicycle 
How far is it from Riverside to Irvine, actually? They are just beside each other on the map, but I have no idea how far it actually is. Gotta get my hands on a car somehow…
I’ve read about the california weekend muni sessions, but those are really far from Riverside.
