Unicycling In Charleston, West Virginia [USA]

We (the Coast Guard) had to fly out a couple of our C-130 airplanes this past
weekend due to the approach of Hurricane Irene. [We’re in Elizabeth City,
North Carolina, which only gets mentioned on the news when it’s about to be
hit by a storm. <g>] Anyway, we flew to Charleston, WV. While there, I went
unicycling along the Kana-whatever <g> River, which Charleston “straddles”.
The section of river I rode along has two separate sidewalks (one closer to
the water than the other).

I thought it was because you liked to coast everywhere.
