Unicycle Storage?

I live in a classic older home with an entry way and a fairly large
closet. A couple of years ago I converted it into an indoor unicycle
garage. I put in a shelf and put 7 hooks below the shelf. Unicyle gear
(helmets, pads, cones, gloves, etc.) go on the shelf. Camelbacks go on
small hooks on the walls. The floor has enough room for my Coker, my
ultimate wheel, my tire pump, and one or two more unicycles. With door
closed, it pleases my wife because you don’t have any of the clutter.

But alas, right now there is another unicycle and some gear in the entry
way and my off-road unicycle in our bedroom!

Youch! Somebody’s posting thing went crazy.

Anyway, thanks for all the replies … I looked in my garage and the wooden beams are way too high to actually use, I’m thinking.

Therefore, I may do something like Jeff Lutkus did, and make some kind of structure for storing cycles. I think I will avoid making mine double as a jungle gym. Then again, that probably gives it some stability.

Now I just need a carpenter … ah, Chris, do you think I could con Theilman into it? I could probably buy her a Little Tokyo 2 gift certificate otherwise!

You don’t have to be able to reach the hooks- just the hanging seat of the cycle- so if the beem is less than 11’ up, you should be ok…
