“The bathtub of my old room” – hmm, and I thought I was odd having a set
of monkey bars in my room.

Actually, upon seeing said bathroom, a friend who is an author decided she
might like to write a little coffee table book about things found in Upper
West Siders’ bathtubs – it would be quite enlightening.

I use the Solo bike hook <http://www.racorinc.com/b-1.html>.
It’s not much different than the standard J-hooks, but you can hang
it with a couple of lag bolts instead of finding a stud. (My office
doesn’t really have a place to screw in a J-hook).

Our garage has a ton of those rubber covered hooks hanging from the ceiling
joists all over. There are several bikes plus about 10 unicycles hanging
down - very easy to get to them, and certainly a cheap way to go. The hooks
are from Home Depot.

I can also vouch for the uni-fornication (unication? Would that be level 11 minus a rider?). I started with a 20" sem about 4 years ago, and I just got my 6th uni. I have my unis lined up against the wall behind my couch which leads to a little used closet. It works. Nothing too creative, sorry.

i have 3 unicycles, and i’d say that if you get/have a giraffe, put it on hooks or in a cornner. Otherwise, i was lucky, and got 2 stands cheep from a alternitive bike shop in vancouver, that somehow didn’t have much intrest in unicycles.

In our 5ftx8ft shed (one of the main reasons we bought this
house was the
shed) there are two big hooks on the far wall, each hook holds two unis,
one hung by the wheel and one by the saddle. Below the hooks are two unis
nested sideways with saddles at opposite ends, then the two Cokers do much
the same thing on one side of the shed, the two bikes are nested in the
same way on the other side of the shed. The monty is tucked between the
bikes and the far wall, the mini giraffe is behind the cokers in the
corner made by the shelves. and the 6 hockey sicks are in the far corner
tucked next to the hanging unis.

This being our only shed there is also the garden tools, lawnmower, seeds,
things drying out, hanks of rope, bags of compost, tins of paint and the
like.

It is getting a bit crowded in there now.

I live in a classic older home with an entry way and a fairly large
closet. A couple of years ago I converted it into an indoor unicycle
garage. I put in a shelf and put 7 hooks below the shelf. Unicyle gear
(helmets, pads, cones, gloves, etc.) go on the shelf. Camelbacks go on
small hooks on the walls. The floor has enough room for my Coker, my
ultimate wheel, my tire pump, and one or two more unicycles. With door
closed, it pleases my wife because you don’t have any of the clutter.

But alas, right now there is another unicycle and some gear in the entry
way and my off-road unicycle in our bedroom!
