Unicycle-related deaths

A Google search on unicycle+accident+death and many other varieties of the
same yielded a grand total, thus far, of zero deaths reported in any way
associated with the Internet. Still looking.

I had a little accident here and lost some mail so I didn’t see the reply to the question
about the unicycle death. Was there actually a unicyle death or was the discussion about
the possibility?
